Jennifer Dauriac
Principal, Silsbee Elementary
Mrs Dauriac has been in education for 22 years. In 1999, she earned her Associate Degree in Child Care and Development from Lamar Institute of Technology. From there, she earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Applied Science and Masters Degree in Special Education at Lamar University. Her teaching career began in Beaumont as a Pre-K teacher, then transitioned to third grade. With a heart and mind for special education, she came to SISD as a Diagnostician. She absolutely loved the 15 years she served in our Special Programs department. A door opened that was sure to be her next step; Assistant Principal at SES. Born and raised in Silsbee, she is loyal to the Tiger brand through and through. Mrs Dauriac is happily married to her husband, Byron and they have one son, Jaxson.

Mrs. Jayme Grisham
Assistant Principal, Silsbee Elementary
Ms. Grisham was born and raised in Silsbee and graduated from SHS in 1996. She worked in accounting for many years before earning her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree from Lamar University in 2011. After teaching Career and Technology courses, she returned to Lamar University in 2019 to obtain her Masters in Educational Technology Leadership. She has two daughters and loves spending time together.
GOAL: "My goal this year is to foster positive relationships with the teachers, staff, and students at SES."

Mrs. Alicia Nelson
Assistant Principal, Silsbee Elementary
The 2023-24 school year is her 18th year in education.
After teaching a variety of elementary grades for many years, she realized she wanted to be able to provide support to teachers and students school wide. As a result of this decision, she received her Masters Degree in Administration with principal certification in 2019. During the 2022-23 school year, she had the opportunity to work in the curriculum department as an instructional coordinator.
As her first year as a Campus Administrator, she is excited to continue supporting teachers and students as an assistant principal at SES!
