Jennifer Dauriac
Principal, Silsbee Elementary
Mrs Dauriac has been in education for 22 years. In 1999, she earned her Associate Degree in Child Care and Development from Lamar Institute of Technology. From there, she earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Applied Science and Masters Degree in Special Education at Lamar University. Her teaching career began in Beaumont as a Pre-K teacher, then transitioned to third grade. With a heart and mind for special education, she came to SISD as a Diagnostician. She absolutely loved the 15 years she served in our Special Programs department. A door opened that was sure to be her next step; Assistant Principal at SES. Born and raised in Silsbee, she is loyal to the Tiger brand through and through. Mrs Dauriac is happily married to her husband, Byron and they have one son, Jaxson.
